I co-led the redesign and launch of an end-to-end, text-based virtual care experience at Transcarent, delivering it on an ambitious five-month timeline.
This project went beyond refreshing the UI — it required reimagining patient workflows to align with Transcarent’s healthcare platform, distinct brand identity, and design system.
I partnered closely with product managers, engineers, clinicians, and marketing teams to ensure every design decision balanced technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and user needs.
Key contributions included:
Simplified access to care by removing friction points in the intake and consultation flows.
Ensured data capture compliance with backend services without compromising usability.
Helped establish a scalable design approach that supports future virtual care features.
