I led the end-to-end design of a cancer screening and scheduling experience that empowered users to proactively manage their preventive care. Partnering closely with a product manager, I explored how digital workflows could increase engagement with recommended screenings.

The solution included a cancer screening tracker that mapped user’s claims data against U.S. guideline standards to show users which screenings were complete and which remained. I designed and delivered web and mobile workflows that guided users from awareness to scheduling, making preventive care more approachable and actionable.
